   Meet William Little, a seasoned professional with over 40 years of dedicated experience in the golf industry. Willie's journey in golf began after a distinguished 25-year career in Law Enforcement, where he rose to the rank of Captain. His love for golf ignited during his law enforcement days, prompting a transition to a new chapter post-retirement.

Embarking on a golf career, Willie started at the grassroots level, initially in maintenance before progressing to the role of a cart attendant. Demonstrating a passion for the sport and a knack for management, he climbed the ranks to become an Assistant Professional.

   In 2006, Willie's journey led him to Florida, where he joined a golf course as a cart attendant. Recognizing his talent and commitment, he quickly advanced to the position of Assistant Director of Outside Operations. The year 2008 marked a pivotal moment in his career when Willie was transferred to another golf course and entrusted with the role of Director of Outside Operations.

   Currently serving as the Co-General Manager of The Plantation of Leesburg Golf Club alongside Robert “Bob” Rhubin, Willie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. His dynamic career trajectory reflects a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the intricacies of managing a golf facility.
